How quereinsteiger.de works
People enter what they do today and what they want to change. The site shows them occupations in which their experience counts, and what it takes to get in: right away, with on-the-job training, or with vocational training or a course. We put together the switching paths ourselves, with information on vocational training (Ausbildung), retraining (Umschulung) and legal requirements.
- Switching with a reason
For every occupation, visitors see which experience they already bring and what they still need to get in.
- Visible at the target occupation
The ad appears directly at the occupations for which an employer is looking for career changers, for visitors within the radius you choose, for example 25 or 50 km around your location. It is always marked as “Ad”. Every employer can take part.
- Occupations first, then the ad
Visitors first see the occupations that fit them. The ad appears with the matching occupation.
