quereinsteiger.de is a service and orientation platform for people who want to change occupations or return to work after a break. We help you find your direction and plan the way there.
Before a career change, there are questions like these: Am I too old? Do I need vocational training (Ausbildung)? Can I afford this? The job search shows you, for your current job, where you can move, what you already bring and what you still need. The topics and checklists help with the other questions.

What you learned in ten years of retail, nursing, hospitality or family work comes with you into your new occupation. We help you make it visible.
Honest.
We tell you clearly which requirements are mandatory, such as a qualification, an exam or a licence. That way you plan with what is really needed.
Independent.
Employers and training providers can place ads for suitable occupations. Paid placements are always marked as “Ad”. Which occupations you see and in which order is decided by the job search alone.
At your own pace.
Some people need a week, others a year. Both are fine. You decide when and how to continue.
