How quereinsteiger.de works
People enter what they do today and what they want to change. The site shows them occupations in which their experience counts, and what it takes to get in: right away, with on-the-job training, or with vocational training or a course. We put together the switching paths ourselves, with information on vocational training (Ausbildung), retraining (Umschulung) and legal requirements.
- Visible at the matching occupation
Only for occupations that need further training, for visitors within the radius you choose, for example 25 or 50 km around your location; online offers also nationwide. Also on the matching topic pages, for example courses on “Preparation” and coaching on “Orientation”. Always clearly marked as “Ad” and kept separate from the occupation suggestions.
- Open to all approved providers
Every education provider with a suitable offer can take part, on site or online, including advice and coaching.
- Only approved offers
AZAV approval is required so that funding remains possible. We check this before accepting a partner. No guarantee of accuracy.
